Main Responsibility
? Invoice
o Invoice customers timely.
? G/L Accounts & Group Reports
o Ensure the journals are in compliance with both company and government policies.
o Ensure on time closing of monthly general ledger.
o Group reports per requirement.
o Assist in yearly audit.
? Business Administration & Taxation Issues
o Assist Finance Manager to handle business administration.
o Assure on time and correct declaration of other tax.
o Supervise tax report and assist in tax plan.
? Temp Task
o Complete temp task designated by Finance Manager
Key Roles

？ Invoicing based on customer orders.
？ In charge of accounting issues of trading company.
？ Business Administration & Taxation claim
？ Assist Finance Manager in providing quality professional financial support, analysis and advice in pursuit of the company objectives.
？ Prepare documents for Customs declaration
？ Assist Customs supervisor in managing Customs broker’s performance.
？ Work with sales and C/S to solve Customs issue.

6. Attendance rate.
Qualification/ Experience/ Skills

Education and Training:
1. University degree or above in accounting or finance.
2. 1-2 years manufacturing industry experience.
Experience and Skill:
2. Strong M/S office skills.
3. Must be numerate and analytic.
4. Good understand of Chinese legal, tax & financial regulations
5. Good command of English, both in writing and oral.
6. Interested in the development of work & reporting systems
7. Suitable to high pressure and overtime.
