Responsibilities:

· Procurement link in factory, drives AOP & savings, owns concept savings
· First point of escalation for delivery/quality issues, etc. for both BG, Category and Factory
· Monitor factory related supplier improvement actions
· Ensure seamless introduction of NPI in factory
· Implementing actions from VE & DfX in factory’s
· Execute procurement strategy; manage phase-in/out of suppliers and components.
· Integrate procurement contractual data in MRP (lead-time, price, MOQ etc.)
· Represent procurement in S&OP
· Procurement project management (e.g. identify and implement projects for concept savings)
· Report procurement KPI’s on factory level (incl. GSRS)
· Manage customization and engineering to order projects (non-recurring components, specific suppliers)
· The procurement engineering managers site may act as supplier account manager (SAM) assigned by, and under the delegated responsibility of the relevant commodity team.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English & Chinese speaking, writing, presentation, international companies background preferred
- Chengdu local people preferred, however reallocate from Shanghai can be considered
- 5-8 years Procurement background (Mechanical parts sourcing experience preferred), with more than 3 years of experience in factory procurement department leader role with 3+ reporting
- Familiar with SAP, S&OP systems, hands-on in operation details,
- Team player, good communicator, result-driven
