苏州招聘

岗位职责：

1、管理公司电子商务平台速卖通、亚马逊等店铺；

2、负责店铺的经营、产品的上架推广、销售策略的制定等工作；

3、跟踪客户订单，处理发货，及时回复留言，处理纠纷，提高店铺好评；

4、了解并分析市场和竞争对手的情报，产品价格更新，完善店铺产品分类

5、交易平台关键字策略优化、推荐、搜索引擎营销、优化排名等；

6、分析销售数据及竞品数据，制定产品策略。

7、不定期回访客户，增加老客户的回头率，以提高店铺业绩

8、依据客户行为分析报告，提供各类活动等营销推广工具的最优投放方案并主导实施；

9、完成上级交办的其他事情。

任职要求：

1.本科以上学历，大专优秀者亦可，英语四级以上，能用英文基本沟通

2. 有速卖通，亚马逊，阿里巴巴，EBAY，天猫等平台的操作经验优先

能独立操作店铺陈列，以增强店铺吸引力、产品销量。

3. 了解电子商务的平台规则，熟悉外贸平台的营销工具

4.具有良好的沟通、处理问题的能力，责任心强，抗压性强。

5.强烈的责任心、事业心和独立完成任务的能力, 团队合作意识，忠诚度高。
