1、  Identify and implement marketing strategy - market research, exhibition, industry conference, advertising campaign, PR and marketing activities online to offline.

2、  Responsible for implementing, achieving yearly Marketing Plan, and managing yearly marketing budget.

3、  Responsible for local marketing asset development.

4、  Support and implement digital marketing across trackable campaigns, social media strategy and email.

5、  Coordinate with external agencies including creative, press relations to deliver the marketing activities.

6、  Responsible for website management, Baidu keyword optimization, social media marketing.

7、  Familiar with Oracle-Eloqua and CRM-Sales Force 

8、  Communicate with global marketing and sales teams on product marketing strategy

9、  Manage daily content and functional updates to the website within brand guidelines.

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above in communications, journalism, advertising, marketing, digital marketing business or related field.  传播学、新闻、广告、市场营销、数字营销或相关专业本科或以上学历。

2. At least 5 years of experience working in B2B marketing environment. 5年以上B2B市场营销工作经验。 

 3. Fluent in oral and written skill both in Chinese and English. 流利的中英文口头和书面表达能力。

4. Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Eloqua, Salesforce, Wordpress (CMS), Excel, PowerPoint, Word with the ability to learn new systems. 计算机技能：精通营销自动化、CMS、CRM、SEO、及数字营销相关系统、并具有学习新系统的能力

5. Experience in building brand social media channel from scratch, be able to work independently on topic selection, graphic content planning, video content planning and shooting execution. 有从0到1搭建新媒体的经验（如微信、微博、抖音、領英、快手、知乎、头条等自媒体），能够独立完成图文内容的选题、视频内容的策划以及拍摄执行；

6. Familiar with baidu, 360, Google and other search engine bidding, network alliance background management operations, including account structure construction, account structure optimization, creative writing, keyword batch management and optimization, promotion cost control, budget control, etc.

熟悉baidu、360、Google等搜索引擎竞价、网盟后台管理操作，包括账户结构搭建、账户结构优化、创意撰写、关键词批量管理及优化、推广成本控制、预算控制等。

7. Analysis ability, can use various tools such as Google or Baidu Analytics (analysis) to monitor website traffic, conduct data analysis, and be good at capturing user’s needs
