Key Responsibilities
Manage mechanicals suppliers. Drive OK2X (OK2Tool, OK2Build, OK2Ship) deliverables in NPI phases to ensure the parts readiness in quality perspective
Conduct 3D/2D drawings review and feedback to cross-functional team
Be responsible for measurement setup/measurement SOP review & approval /measurement system analysis & buy-in
Develop/implement/monitor Quality Control Plan for early detection of quality issues to ensure the parts can meet/exceed the quality/reliability requirements
Check data on FAI/CPK reports to understand the supplier’s capability in meeting design intent
Drive the FACA for material issues
Drive the correlation between suppliers OQC and FATP IQC
Identify equipment, fixture and tooling needs and drive implementation schedules and efforts to qualify and optimize the manufacturing process
Be responsible for supplier quality system management with a focus on assessing the supplier’s production and quality control
Collect yield performance and drive the improvement actions for top hitters to bridge over to the mass production goals

Requirements:
Minimum 8 years’ experience in all levels’ quality management. Include 5+ years of QE or SQE experience in consumer electronics/ automotive industries
Familiar with MTD/GRR/Correlation/SOP/SIP, know the basic of process set up and qualification
Experience/knowledge in mechanical components fabrication/testing process
Hands-on experience on precise mechanical components measurement
Ability to use common data analysis tools (Minitab, JMP, etc.)
Knowledge/experience of IATF 16949 5 Core Tools (APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC) is a plus
BS degree (or above) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent practical experience
Good English speaking/writing skills
Ability to travel domestically
