POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly capable individual to drive Companion Animals business sustainable development and growth strategy by improving the efficiency of sales team, effective sales force size design, deployment & area adjustment.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Analyze and monitor overall sales performance and sales effectiveness.

2.Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs, evaluate the possibility of a data-driven solution and estimate the potential resource requirements.

3.Support business leaders on sales force management, strengthen the ability development according to the sales ability.

4.Work as a consultant for business team, improve performance by applying sales efficiency tools and process.

5.Lead data-driven business case and scenario tracking and analysis, sharing of data insights with different teams.

6.Provide analysis and communication support for sales efficiency, responsible for sales force sizing, deployment, area alignment and target setting.

7.Ensure effective operation and process efficiency and consistency across the business unit.

8.Ad hoc sales analysis meets business requirement

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree or above

2.Minimum 5 years in SFE BP / Business intelligence in Life Science industry, with experience in OTC/diagnostics is preferred.

3.Demonstrates capacity to learn and understand business strategy, customer approach and sales force daily operations.

4.Fluent in oral & written English

5.Familiar with CRM and BI tools
