任职资格
善于沟通交流
擅长英语或英语四级及以上
熟练操作办公软件，有ERP经验优先

工作具有高度责任感

Working Tasks
Recruitment for direct and indirect labors
Implement General Training (Orientation; Code of Conduct) for new employees.
Attendance Evaluation & Overtime calculation
Employee payroll calculation and payroll list distribution.
Performance Evaluation follow up including Probation and annual performance.
Make the Annual Training Plan and monitor its implementation.
Maintain the training Record on monthly basis.
Monthly Employee Social Insurance & Housing Fund management.
Prepare the contract of New Employee.
Staff information maintains and update.
Prepare HR relevant documents.
Update the direct and indirect labor competence matrix
HR & ADM rules and regulations preparation and implementation.
IFS system maintenance
Door access control and management.
Other work assigned.

Qualification
Good communication and coordination skills.
Good written English, CET4 or above.
Familiar with office software.
Work patient and careful
Have a high sense of responsibility
