1、熟悉无刷直流电机的制造工艺；

2、参与编制电机技术标准、技术规范、试验规范等；

3、负责无刷电机产品的测试方案和性能评估；

4、负责对电机及零部件供应商的方案、产品进行设计确认；

5、协助其他相关部门对于电机产品选择确认给予技术支持；

6、完成分配的其他工作。   

职位要求：

1、硕士以上学历，5年以上无刷电机相关开发经验；

2、具有电动交通工具行业电机开发的经验；

3、能够完成直流无刷电机的电磁部分及结构设计，包括定子，转子，离合器，电机外壳，齿轮箱等；

4、熟练运用AutoCAD、Pro/E Solidworks等绘图软件及相关设计分析软件；

5、有较强的责任心, 良好团队协作能力、沟通能力、谦虚踏实。
