工作职责:

? Implement Compliance Business Partner strategy to support Commercial team to achieve its strategy on innovation, expansion and partnership

? Identify and manage existing and emerging risks to ensure that the company’s sustainability strategy is successful

? Partner with and provide guidance to business stakeholders to ensure the governance and compliance processes are in place

? Provide guidance and proactive partnering with business stakeholders on compliance risk assessment and risk management as well as coordination in line with company policies and China Laws and Regulation

? Cascade, adopt and deliver relevant regular compliance training and awareness

? Drive 1st line ownership and accountability on compliance activities

? Share the results of assurance activities with area management and assure adequate improvement and follow up on identified gaps, corrective and disciplinary actions

? Support company’s partnership projects by working with relevant departments to establish the governance process

? Ensure emerging risks, such as data privacy, social media use, information security, DTC, etc. are well addressed and managed in the patient centric programs

任职资格:

？ Bachelor Degree or above;

？ Certain professional certificate is preferred (e.g., CIA, CFE, CPA, ACCA)

？ Excellent knowledge of local and global Anti-corruption and anti-bribery related policies and regulations

？ 3-7 years for Compliance or Internal audit experience, preferably in healthcare related industry

？ Good presentation and communication skills in delivering training and consultation to staffs, business units, and the Management

？ Maturity to tackle and manage conflicts while always sticking to the Principles

？ Having the ability and willingness to perform both ad-hoc tasks as well as routine compliance duties

？ Fluent English skills (written and oral);

？ Strong people communication skill

？ Good teaching and coaching skills/Good presentation skill/Good problem solving skills and initiatives
