Job Description:
1. New Project and new supplier exploit;
a. Participate in response to sourcing mass production supplier
b. Participate for supplier’s agreement review
c. Auditing and validate samples and reports
d. Supplier project development phases review，such as process flow’ chart，control plan, inspection instruction, process capability and measurement system capability, monitor the development plan meets the AK requirement。Validate the submitted samples via assembly, dimension, function check. Provide the validation result, supplier on-site audit result and PPAP report to Quality Manager for Approval. Product quality/improvement monitor.
e. Guarantee that AK requirement is fulfilled by supplier

2. Disposal of bad raw material from suppliers


Qualification:
1.Colleague degree or above;
2.Above 3 years experience in quality related, 2 years experience in supplier quality management of automobile manufacturing industry;
3.Familiar with ISO9001 and ISO/TS 16949 Quality Management System and AIAG Manuals (PPAP、SPC、FMEA，APQP，MSA);
4.Fluent in English both writing and spoken;
5.Computer skills e.g. MS-office;
6.Good social and communication skills;
7.Capable to travel frequently;
8.Internal auditor is preferred.
