The Packaging Engineer will report directly to Warehouse Manager and be responsible for parts packaging evaluation, quotation and performance in warehouse operation and distribution in China. The scope of the role is as detailed below.
包装工程师将直接向仓库经理汇报，负责中国仓库部品包装分析，报价及绩效。

1. Evaluating and approving packaging samples from parts vendors by reviewing part and packaging specifications and conducting tests;通过检查部品及包装规格并通过测试来评估和认可从部件供应商处获得的包装样品。
2. Developing and introducing new packaging solutions according to operational and transport and commercial best practice;根据运营，运输及商业的最佳经验，开发并引进新的包装解决方案。
3. Creating new packaging specifications and maintaining in Unipart database;创立新的包装规格并在优尼派特的数据库中进行维护。
4. Preparing new packaging quotations by working with packaging material buyers and evaluating cost change;根据包装材料供应商的成本变化确立新的包装产品报价。
5. Monitoring Packaging performance in warehouse operation and transportation by working with PIR, analysing Inbound Return Report and feedback from transportation companies and dealers;
同PIR合作，监督仓库运营及运输过程中的包装绩效，完成来料退运报告，获取来自运输公司及经销商的反馈。
6. Ensuring and continuously improving the application of optimal packaging to minimize part damages caused by unqualified packaging material or inappropriate packaging design;确保和不断提高的最佳包装的应用，减少由不良的包装材料或不合适的包装设计所造成的货品损坏。
7. Preparing reports of Packaging performance on regular basis;定期准备包装绩效报告。
8. Co-ordination with customer and UK team on new packaging design and optimizing Inbound Packing process and driving standardization;同客户及英国团队配合，完成包装的设计，优化来料包装过程，推广标准化。
9.Playing a key role in New Model Launch.在新项目导入过程中起重要作用。

Requirements & Experience

- Engineer or technical expert in the area of packaging, logistics, or auto industry. 包装，物流或汽车行业属技术员及工程师专家级别；
- Bachelor degree, relevant major is preferred. 大学本科，最好相关专业；
- 3 years plus professional experience. 3年以上相关经验；
- Knowledge of regulations regarding transport of auto parts preferred. 有相关汽车零配件的运输合规知识的优先；
- Good commercial understanding of procurement process. 对采购程序有良好的商业理解；
- Good design and conceptual capabilities.优秀的设计能力；
- Good English and Mandarin. 优秀的中英文能力；
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience with SAP is preferred. 熟练掌握Microsoft Office，有SAP经验优先；
- Good communication and negotiation skills. 优秀的沟通及协商技巧；
- Good team player and team leader. 优秀的团队合作者及项目领导人；
