1、熟悉机电/安装类工程量清单计价规范和定额，能独立编制及审核工程预结算。
2、负责编制项目机电安装工程估算、概算、预算工作等；
3、提出各工程成本目标及建议，负责工程结算的复核工作；
4、负责招标文件机电安装类技术支持，参与招投标工作。


入职要求：
1、工程预算、机电类或工民建相关专业大专以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验；
2、熟练掌握相关预算软件的操作使用；
3、熟悉机电安装类材料。


工作地点：
昆山和广州各一名
