Summary:

The Process Engineer is responsible for evaluation of new and existing business for customer requirements, manufacturability, and efficient use of materials and company resources. He/she is also accountable for formulating engineering plan and oversees new and process improvement projects and through the tooling, debug, and production stages.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1、Develops programs that improve the production efficiency of the various work processes of the manufacturing area.

2、Assists and provides upfront engineering of new jobs for process control, sample production and manufacturing at the estimate level.

3、Applies engineering problem solving and productivity techniques to implement the improvement strategies and programs.

4、 Cooperates with others in continuous process improvements, including the use of various problem solving and productivity techniques, financial analysis, process mapping and cost / time management.

5、Coordinates and develops BOM, SOPs and monitors first run articles of various projects.

6、Interface with internal counterparts, customers and suppliers to resolve technical issues.

7、Assess equipment needs, research solutions, prepare equipment proposals.

8、 Accountable for the successful completion of assigned engineering tasks and preparation of engineering deliverables.

9、 Provide necessary training to operators to ensure successful and efficient production runs

10、 Assist in evaluation of existing technology and equipment to increase throughput and decrease handling of material.

Educational/Experience Requirements:

1、Two to four year experience in the area of process engineering or industrial engineering.

2、College degree or above in mechanical design engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing mechanical engineering, or related discipline.

3、Experience in project management, problem solving, and design troubleshooting. Must have strong analytical skills and is a good communicator

Competencies and Personal Characteristics:

1、Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft office.

2、Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with spirit of a good team player.

3、Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

4、Ability to read, interpret, and reverse engineer a wide variety of customer blueprints.

5、Ability to manage many projects simultaneously and deliver results in a timely manner.

6、Good communication skills in English both in writing and speaking.

7、Ability to implement product concept.

8、Ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines. Applicant must work well in both a team environment and independently.

9、 Must be able to understand and perform to quality standards, methods, usage of inspection devices and reporting as required.

10、 Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards, i.e.: Proper use of personal protective equipment and proper use of safety devices, such as lockout, as required. Safe operation of all machinery, tools and equipment.

2、对于新产品的可生产性评估，工艺制订，样品制作

3、创建和维护产品的BOM、SOP

4、解决生产过程中的工艺问题

5、对新产品的首次量产做好跟踪和支持

6、 沟通并协助解决客户和供应商的技术问题

7、对员工进行必要的培训，确保产品的顺利有效的生产

Educational/Experience Requirements:

1、三年以上模切行业或机械冷冲行业工作经验

2、大专以上学历，机械设计或机电专业

3、有项目管理，解决异常等经验，必须有良好的问题分析能力和协调沟通能力

Competencies and Personal Characteristics:

1、精通 AutoCAD和 Microsoft office.

2、很好的人际关系和沟通技巧，有团队合作精神

3、 可以理解安全规范，操作说明，程序手册； 并且有能力制作这些文件

4、有能力理解客户的图纸和特殊要求，并且能转化成我们公司所需要的文件

5、有能力同时管理多个项目，并且能及时传递项目进度和结果

6、良好的英语听说读写译能力

7、根据相关要求有能力执行质量标准、方法

8、能充分考虑设备、模具、治具等的安全生产
