Responsibilities:

ü Responsible for communication of plant production needs to the area on a daily basis.

ü Main interface between maintenance department and production for the efficient execution of planned maintenance work.

ü Develop a daily maintenance work schedule with assistance from the maintenance and production departments.

ü Follows up on maintenance activities until jobs are completed.

ü Coordinator of maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability and effectively utilize maintenance workforces.

ü Screens work notifications from the production department.

ü Assists operations in troubleshooting and solving production problems.

ü Primary maintenance contact for production department.

ü Assists maintenance planner and maintenance supervisor with budget control.

ü Coordinate the utilities resource with Sinochem utilities department and external government department.

ü Participates in scope development, safety reviews, and detailed design of projects.

ü Participates in unit HAZOPs.

ü Assists maintenance planner with turnaround planning & scheduling.

ü Assists in insuring PSM regulations are followed.

ü Works with maintenance supervisor to develop preventative and predictive maintenance systems.

ü Conducts the permitting and JSA before maintenance;

ü Performs other duties/assignments as needed.

Requirement:

* Engineer qulification certificate for chemical engineering or related chemical machinery major.

* Junior college degree in chemical engineering/fine chemical or relative chemistry etc.

* Minimum of 3 years' chemical plant experience in production, process or maintenance( Fluorine plant experience prefered)

* Have strong ability to find the problem, resolve the problem and prevent the problem reoccurrence.

* Strong knowledge of valve, piping, static equipment and rotary equipment.

* Computer skills with office software and graphic design tools such as AutoCAD/Micro station.

* Good HSE performance previous.

* Team player capable of working in a multi-discipline, multi-cultural team environment with a desire to mentor and develop less experienced staff.

* Good written communication skills in Enghlish and Chinese.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
