具体要求：

1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 5 years experience;
2. Knowledge in Windows based hardware/software for servers and client stations. Ability to analyze, trouble shoot and resolve problems;
3. Knowledge of Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) concepts and practical experience of establishing and maintaining said networks in a healthy efficient state;
4. Knowledge of Internet based communication protocols including IP addressing, VPN, MPLS, SSL, etc. with associated hardware (routers, firewalls, switches);
5. Expert Knowledge of SyteLine ERP business system software and SQL databases;
6. Prior experience in SQL, VB, XML/HTML software coding;
7. Working knowledge of Progress database queries;
8. Installation of software and initial configuration of both server and client hardware;
9. Excellent customer service skills and ability to understand problems and communicate solutions;
10. Fluent in current source codes and business system tools utilized by Curtis including HTML, SQL, VB, Crystal Reports, etc;
11. Strong hands on experience in all application layers (web, application, database, OS, network administration，

data communications);
12. Good English both in written and oral.

职责描述：

1. Evaluate, maintain, modify and design business systems programs for internal functional areas;
2. Analyze business processes and apply existing or new applications to improve accuracy and efficiency;
3. Interface directly with the end users to analyze and determine how best to satisfy their business requirements

utilizing the business systems;
4. Formulate logic and procedures to apply to business processes when existing or readily available software is insufficient or unavailable;
5. Prepare flowcharts to document existing and go-to business processes;
6. Perform coding, test/debug programs, develop conversion and system implementation plans;
7. Build user interface windows, screens, reports, etc. as well as tables, data-fields, stored procedures, triggers, etc. required to support the enhancements in the business systems;
8. Recommend changes in development, maintenance and system standards;
9. Maintain the business systems in a state of high availability, redundancy and good health;
10. Interface with software manufacturers, distributors and representatives to report and resolve programmatic bugs;
11. Install and maintain software products including patch application and upgrades;
12. Thorough, complete and well organized documentation of any and all enhancements, modifications, patches, updates, additions, etc. is mandatory to provide a bullet-proof audit trail of enhancements;
13. Monitor system performance addressing any alerts or observations requiring immediate action or preventative intervention;
14. Manage the electronic data interchange with Curtis’ trading partners, both customers and suppliers;
15. Assist in annual budget preparations for capital (hardware both new and replacement/upgrade) and expense (annual maintenance and license fees, repair parts, consulting, etc);
16. Configure, and install new hardware. Remove and dispose of obsolete and failed equipment;
17. Write and implement minor routines in DOS, VB, Access, VBS, etc.
