1.公司物料采购供应商的开发、维护
Develop and maintain the company material purchase suppliers
2.与供应商协商价格、交期、付款条件等
Negotiation for the price, delivery, payment terms and other contractual reviews
3.主导、跟踪和协调项目项下的采购订单
Reponsible for followup and coordination of purchasing
4.协调相关部门确保订单执行顺利
Coordinate with related departments to ensure successful completion of order processing
5.定期评估供应商的生产流程
Regular audit of supplier manufacturing process
6.考核和汇报供应商的绩效
Monitoring and reporting of suppliers'performance
7.管理供应商持续改进
Managing supplier continuous quality improvement activities
8.积极收集市场信息以培育优质的供应链
Drive proactive market research to allow growth in sourcing operations

要求Qualifications
1.本科及以上学历
Bachelor or above
2.机械、外贸、管理类专业
Mechanism or marketing related major
3.熟悉机电产品、项目管理技能和国际贸易知识
Experienced with electronical and machanical parts, project management skills and incoterms
4.三年以上机、电行业采购经验，国际采购经验者优先
3 years experience of Electronical and Machanical sourcing, international sourcing experience preferred
5.责任心强，熟练使用计算机，优秀沟通协调能力，快速学习能力，良好的英文读写能力，口语熟练者优先
Good sense of responsibility, good at communication and coordination, good command of computer skills, quick learner, reading and writing English is a must and good oral English preferred.
