Key Responsibilities in detail
Set up and drive ISO9001 quality system, assure consistent quality, continual improvements, and customer satisfaction across whole site;

Process oriented, Process continues improve mindset;

Participate in customer or 3rd party visits / audits; assure Pass; organize and track the corrective actions and make sure the actions are closed before due dates;

Feedback and push for supplier quality improvements, follow up supplier CAR (Corrective Action Report) feedback time and effectiveness. Make sure supplier RMA is closed on time;

Be key member of P-FMEA, control plan team; Make sure FMEA and control plans are kept up to date.

Assure all the measurement instruments/tools are calibrated; well used and stored; Gage R&R for key parameters;

Work out incoming and final inspection criteria, track the inspection yield rate, and follow up corrective actions’ effectiveness;

Implement SPC control for key quality parameters and use data to drive process improvements

Control daily Out of Box Audit (OBA) activity to make sure inspection is effective and on time.

Carry out effective MRB process to make sure suspect materials are correctly dispositioned.

Lead 8D investigation process for customer complaints. Coordinate the action team to make sure investigation and actions are carried out effectively and on time. Make sure 8D response is on time to customer requirements.




Job Requirements
(Education, major, English level, computer level and Key competencies)


College degree or above; Major in a technical / engineering subject

At least three years QE experience in electronics company or related industry (Die cut experience is perfer);

Good oral and written English;

Excellent problem solving skills

Good knowledge of Statistical Process Control; Green Belt certificate an advantage

Good at Microsoft office especially PPT, Word, Excel

GB knowledge and Minitab are preferred

ISO9001 internal auditor certificate; Calibration certificate

Pro-active; can work under high pressure

Excellent communication skills
