Reports To: Global Supply Management Manager
Subordinates: SQE/AQE(7-10 poepole)
General Purpose of the Position: Supplier Quality Improvement
Major Responsibilities:
？ Responsible for Supplier on-Going Performance Monitoring
？ Responsible for Supplier Change Management
？ Responsible for Supplier Improvement and Development Management
？ Responsible for Supplier Problem Identification & Resolution Management
？ Responsible for Reporting Supplier Performance Monthly
？ Responsible for Conducting Matrix Reviews with Top 5 Suppliers Quarterly
？ Responsible for developing & implementing MCA (Manufacturing Capability Assessment) Plan to Existing Supplier Yearly
Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
？ BS in Related Engineering Discipline
？ 5-10 years experience in various Quality or Operational Assignments
？ 2-4 years managerial experience
？ Ability to read the engineering drawing as well as GD&T
？ Ability to Interface with supplier & customers
？ Ability to interface with cross functional team in company
？ Ability to speak and write fluently in English
？ Strong background in Problem Root cause analysis
？ Formal background in Six Sigma training and experience is preferable
？ Willing to locate in Suzhou Area
