Request:
Bachelor degree above, major in pharmacy, biological engineering, or chemical engineering, etc.
Minimum 3 years experience in large size manufacturing plant，5 years experience or above in medium-to-large size manufacturing plant for medical devices and/or pharmaceutical industries is preferred.
Strong manufacturing engineering background
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Willing to drive changes.
Lean Manufacturing concept.
Good knowledge on GMP and ISO13485
Good communication skill.
Good English and computer skill.
Manage work in timely manner.

Job Description:
Perform manufacturing process study, design and develop effective manufacturing process with high quality.
Perform process validation; write validation protocols and validation reports.
Create manufacturing SOPs and Working Instructions.
Implement operational procedures in accordance to good manufacturing practices.
Trouble shooting on manufacturing and quality issues
Provide training to the manufacturing personnel
Drive Continuous Improvement on manufacturing operations.
Maintain manufacturing record per GMP regulations.
Being deputy of manufacturing supervisor when necessary.
