Responsibilities:
·Maintain TS16949 compliance
·Ensure customer satisfaction by leading efforts to investigate customer complaints
·Stream line common Quality Systems and procedures.
·Collaborate with other departments to prioritize a list of opportunities and develop project plans to improve operations and processes
· Initiate, manage, and drive continuous improvement projects to achieve cost reduction targets set through plant drivers
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
BS in Engineering/Business Mgt or equivalent experience
Certifications in the Quality Profession
Expertise in the following:
o Quality systems
o Root Cause Analysis
o Corrective Action Planning
o Leadership
o TS16949
o PFMEA
o APQP
o PPAP
o Lean Manufacturing
o Poke Yoke
