职位描述
Position: Staffing Manager
Recruitment
- Ensure all Job Descriptions reflect the real working content of the employees', clarify the JD drafting guideline to supervisor/managers and push them to update JDs in time.
- In charge of the whole recruitment process from job posting, CV screen, 1st round interview, candidates recommendation, interview arrangements and offering.
- Organize interview feedback discussion between HR and BU, provide professional recommendation, suggestions, help supervisors/managers to choose the right person for right position.
- Well manage the searching firms so that they provide qualified candidates according to the company requirements.
- Conduct yearly performance review of searching firms in terms of effectiveness and efficiency, provide objective feedback to HR Director for decision making and contract renewal.
- Be aware of the industry trend in terms of recruitment and update HR Director when necessary to adjust staffing policy, strategies.
- Prepare and follow up the orientation program of new recruits to help them integrate well.
- Make sure hiring plan complete within cost plan.
ER
- Recommend and implement employee relationship programs, policies and
practices to ensure and maintain our ability to attract, motivate and retain a competent workforce in the company.
- Distribution of labor contract.
- Administration of employee termination.
- To organize and coordinate the event to improve employee engagement, including employee communication & activities, OFI, employee satisfaction survey etc.;
- To follow ER procedures of employees, make sure the process is done according to company policies and Chinese law, and to deal with Labor disputes and ER issues (reward / punish / employee of year etc.);
Admin
- This position performs to manage the office administration work as well as the ability to work closely and effectively with internal and external parties.
- Responsible for selection, maintenance and management of various company resources for cost saving and efficiency.
- In charge of planning and overall management of the daily office activities and company events.
- Be responsible for Canteen management, Car administration, Shuttle bus, house-keeping, show room Hotel Reservation, ect.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources will be a plus.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Recruitment, Employment Relationship and Admin. 3. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated.
