职位描述

LMD ( Line Management )

1.1 Maximize product throughput, quality and efficiency.
1.1.1 Coordinate with the Manufacturing Manager and organize line. workload depending on product priority.
1.1.2 Ensure work meets or exceeds all standards. Monitor the SPC system to fix repetitive and recognised problems immediately.
1.1.3 Take immediate action on employee concerns and recommendations, focusing on continual improvement of the first pass yields.
1.1.4 Develop, motivate and challenge all team members to perform to their full potential, focusing on continuous improvement of efficiencies.
1.1.5 Develop, organize and lead the Workcell meetings and Correctice Action Committee (CAC) meetings per established TT Electronics procedures.
1.1.6 Ensure production or line personnel practice good material management on the shop floor.

1.2 Track production and ensure all deadlines and schedules are met.
1.2.1 In concert with the appropriate production control person, develop weekly schedules based on product quantities in Work-In-Progress (WIP) and week's scheduled production.
1.2.2 Monitor product movement to ensure that weekly ship schedules are achieved.
1.2.3 Ensure daily shift and WIP reports are accurately maintained as applicable.

1.3 Maximize employee output, dedication and job satisfaction.
1.3.1 Administer TT Electronics policies fairly and consistently, while remaining flexible in accomodation deviations from policy depending on individual circumstances.
1.3.2 Ensure line personnel are throughly trained, certified and performing to standard.
1.3.3 Evaluate employee performance periodically, communication to the employees their strenghts and weaknesses and recommend appropriate merit increases.
1.3.4 Create positive atmosphere, instill a sense of pride in product workmanship and appearance: celebrate accomplishments and champion improvement in all areas.
1.3.5 Maintain positive employee relations by encouraging all employees to take advantage of the open door policy, participate in status and team meetings, and through interactive one-on-one.
1.3.6 Review all relevant policies and procedures issued to the line and ensure that appropriate employees read and understand them.
1.3.7 Adhere to all safety rules, ensure that all employees wear protective equipment as directed.
1.4 Maintain a clean and neat working area.

1.5 Work overtime as required.

1.6 Perform other duties as directed by Manufacturing Manager.

ME ( manufacturing Engineering )

2.1 To supervises subordinates and identify training needs.
2.2 To improve yield through updates/changes/retrofit of equipments/processes.
2.3 Involve in day to day production sustaining.
2.4 To maintain a through knowledge and in depth field experience on PCBA to meet company's goals.
2.5 To adapt effective advanced manufacturing technologies and apply them.
2.6 To continuously improve product cycle time by means of process and equipment.
2.7 To provide continuous improvement solution to the dedicated workcell.
2.8 Study the Process standards and follow them.
2.9 To define new product and ECN process flows .
2.10 ECN Co-ordination with the customer and within the workcell.
2.11 Develop process for new products and refine / improve current product processes.
2.12 Define , implement and document process quality measurement methods and systems, monitor results for process control and quality improvements for NPI as well as existing products.
2.13 Provide DFM inputs to projects as appropriate
2.14 isual aids availability to production for new as well as existing products
2.15 Analysis of process downtime & improvement actions to minimize it.

QA ENG

3.1 Yield Analysis and Process Support - Monitor process yields throughout the line. Recognize and help solve yield-decreasing problem and implement and drive internal corrective actions.
3.2 Experimentation - Carry out experimentation, process capability studies, or other technical evaluation to improve yield and quality.
3.3 Customer Corrective Action Support - Drive customer corrective actions by carrying out root cause failure analysis, cross-sectioning, dimensional analysis, or other means. In addition, communicate with customers when necessary to ensure verification of corrective actions.
3.4 Internal Communication - Ensure production information is communicated consistently and effectively throughout the line and from shift to shift. This communication might include inspection instructions, customer complaints, production scheduling, or other specific instructions.
3.5 MRB and Purge - Participate in purge and MRB meeting to ensure proper disposition of discrepant material.
3.6 Visual Aids - Ensuring that proper visual aids for inspection are available for Manufacturing and Quality Assurance Department.
3.7 Deviation Authorization - Ensure the process being done is in compliance with the Deviation Authorization. Follow up on the changes of the effective and expiry date.
3.8 ECN - Participate with the team members on its implementation and follow up on the estimated effective date and commitment from workcell members.
