SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
Achieve 100% useable raw material delivered from supplier and receive into stock.从供应商送来的原材料达到100%合格。
To ensure vendors meet Datacard quality standards.确保供应商符合公司的质量要求。
To solve material quality issue with supplier timely.及时和供应商解决质量问题。
To monitor supplier quality control process.监控供应商的质量过程控制。

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Analyze product and reliability data to identify and resolve process or product issues。分析产品质量数据，解决过程或产品问题。
-Develop or contribute to development and maintenance of policies, practices and standards.发展和维护好方针，标准。
-Oversee corrective actions to resolve.监控纠正措施的解决。
-Establish controls on requirements for compliance tracking and configuration control.建立产品符合性的跟踪控制。
-Review each material drawing and specification and review its application to work out a CTQ (Critical To Quality) check list for incoming inspection.审核材料图纸和规格及应用，建立材料质量关键点来应用于来料检验。
-Transfer material specification and CTQs into supplier’s inner process, ensure all quality requirements and actions have been put in place within vendor’s organization.将材料规格和关键点要求传达到供应商内部过程中，确保所有的要求和行动被供应商内部体系执行。
-On site inspection when the material are ready to be shipped at vendor’s site. Verify the material has been produced and inspected properly or not. evaluate material performance and to determine conformance to established CTQs. 在供应商出货时检验原材料，确定材料已经被按规定制造和检验过，并符合公司所有要求。
-verify the vendor if they have proper controlled process and trained organization.监控供应商，确定是否有适当的控制过程和培训。
-Investigate and analysis the material issue from incoming inspection and production line, analysis defect data and follow up of corrective actions on critical parts and repeatable issues.评估和分析进料检验和产线上发现的材料质量问题，并跟踪关键部件和经常性的质量问题的改进。
-Responsible for reporting on material quality status.汇报材料质量状况。
-Responsible for quality continues improvement process in local supplier.负责供应商质量持续改进。

-JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
-* BS degree major in majored in mechanical engineering or related field.机械或电子类本科专业。
-* At least five years in supplier quality management for mechanical or automation equipment plant至少5年的机械类或自动化类设备供应商管理。
* Have knowledge on mechanical component making and technology。有机械零部件制造的知识。
* Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Control management standards and procedures including Total Quality Management and ISO/QS 9001对质量控制标准和程序有全面的知识。
* Proficient in quality tools such as SPC, FMEA etc。了解SPC，FMEA等质量工具。
* Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma will be an advantage. 有精益生产和6SIGMA的知识优先。
* Working knowledge of Geometric dimensioning & Tolerances。有公差尺寸的知识经验。
