工作职责：

1、Inspect, or perform audits on incoming material, using measuring and gaging tools and visual
对来料件进行目视检验，尺寸测量。
2、Determine the method(s) and process(es) needed to measure part conformance, according to the
allowed dimensional tolerances and normal gaging practices
根据允许的尺寸公差选取合适的量具，决定测量零件的方法和过程。
3、Document and report non-conformances to specifications using WQS system
使用WQS系统记录汇报不符合规范的不良特性。
4、Control non-conforming parts and materials per instruction
根据规范控制不良品的流转
5、Sort non-conforming parts and material
分选不良品和原材料。
6、Prioritize the order of short-quantity loads, and manage FIFO flow of received goods
急料件优先处理，按照先进先出的原则流转来料。
7、Complete other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned
完成其他安排的事务。

任职要求：

• Familiar with hand gaging, blueprint reading
• 熟悉手动量具，图纸能够独立阅读理解。
• >2 years related working in manufacturing processes and/or assembly.
• 2年相关机械加工过程/装配的工作经验
• Previous work experience in a quality background preferred
• 有相关质量工作经验者优先
• Hardworking, teamwork, initiative and positive
• 认真工作，团队精神，积极主动
• Familiar with PC windows system and Microsoft products, Excel, Word…
• 熟悉电脑系统操作和Microsoft软件 Excel, Word..
