- 大专以上学历，机械制造及自动化相关专业
- 有电气传动，液压，气动，PLC的相关经验
- 5年以上机械行业工作经验
- 良好的英文水平

- Participate in the Advanced Product Planning Launch Process (APPLP).
- Ensures necessary gauging and documentation are in place to support the control plan.
- Provides support to Manufacturing Operations by facilitating problem solving and continuous improvement to enhance product quality and reduce scrap.
- Monitors on-going product quality by maintaining daily contact with Manufacturing (i.e. Team Leaders and Supervisors)
- Responsible for design and initial procurement of product specific material handling & part fixturing for assigned process area (i.e. robot grippers, deflash fixtures, deflash cutter bodies, grinder carriers).
