职位描述
Main responsibilities:
Organize and coordinate automotive projects, for example:
- relocation / establishment of production and assembly lines
- recruiting and training of relevant staff
- start-up of new products with existing or new customers until SOP
- relationship with local authorities
- make-or-buy analyses and support of local as well as international procurement.
Organize and carry out project meetings.
Coordinate tracking of project costs.
Control project realization according to project management standards.
Generate and administer resource and work plans as well as time schedules considering and defining milestones.
Adequate reaction to deviations from system defaults, costs and deadlines; escalation and de-escalation management.
Administer project-related system data and system structure in IT system.
Initiate necessary tasks.
Support customer relationship management.
Close internal cooperation with the General Manager China, plant and HQ management.
Requirements to candidates:
University degree (Bachelor or above) in engineering or economics.
At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing, with 3 years engaged in project management.
Customer focus, with 2 years experience dealing with European and American customers.
Good knowledge of design, engineering, materials and quality, related to automotive industry.
Strong capabilities of coordination, networking, communication, organization and management, with effective team leadership skills.
Mastery in automotive projects development will be preferred (scope of projects: see above).
High motivation, ability to work under pressure.
Fluent English, written and oral is required.
