职位概要Job Summary：
Quality manager ensures that customer requirements, product regulatory compliance, plant quality results (client, suppliers, projects, internal and system) and quality policy are respected with the assistance of the group quality director, and the plant director.
主要职责Main Responsibilities：
-Ensures the respect of customer requirements and regulations.
-Co-ordinates relationships with Customer quality department.
-Organizes and conducts customer audits and internal quality system, to ensure quality certifications.
-Ensures new products are developed in accordance with quality standards.
-With the purchasing department, ensures the quality of supplier’s goods, ensures supplier quality incidents are managed within the plant, assist in the homologation of strategic suppliers
-Informs, trains and increases quality knowledge and deployment of quality management methods throughout the plant.
-Ensures operational staff respect the defined production parameters.
-Implements the plant quality system in conformity with ISO TS 16949 and ensures it continuously improves, taking into account the Group quality system, audit results, customer feedback, (process, procedures, Management reviews, reporting, kaizen, training, certifications…).
-Manages the plant quality team (workload management, personnel development, etc. )
-Has authority to stop the production, to stop delivery of non conforming products, and recall non conforming products.
-Is part of the approval chain for deviation approval.

任职资格Qualifications：
-Mechanical or Production Engineering Bachelor, or Master’s degree;
-At least 5 years experience in automotive industry, as Production Manager or Quality Engineer.
-Fluent in English
-Good understanding of TS 16949.
