1. Provide technical leadership in the infrastructure set up and service.

2. Provide technical support and problem resolution for desktop PC, printer, and office automation client software.

3. Install client software for desktop operation system, office automation, and business application used in the group.

4. Provide technical support and problem resolution for client server system.

5. Gather user requirement and work with development team on solution delivery.

6. Perform all unit testing.

7. Participate UAT with users.

8. Update all relevant documentation.

9. Conduct regular preventive maintenance for application system.

10. Participate in user training.

11. To perform other job related duties as and when required by superior.
