Main Responsibilities 主要职责范围 Measurements 衡量标准
1 Material receiving;
1.1 Data enter in IFS according to PO information, make sure Part No., quantity and expiry date input correct, on-time and match with Physical goods. Timely send feedback to Buyer and Quality for anything abnormal
1.2 Timely put qualified materials onto racks, make sure physical locations match with IFS data
1.3 Special management on dangerous goods such as Ink and chemicals, abide by EHS requirement System data accurate,

2 Material release;
2.1 Prepare material based on Shop order requirements , accurate and on-time, ensure production running without any delay
2.2 Timely release indirect materials to end users ,sign and file Complete related KPI
3 Material return;
Enter return material quantity in IFS based on Production return information, close Shop order on time. Physical material put onto warehouse locations and avoid any material mixing Complete related KPI
4 Finished goods receiving;
4.1 FG receive based on CQC form, make sure physical goods quantity, part No. match with IFS input
4.2 Ensure FG packing well and store in good condition Complete related KPI
5 Finished goods ship out;
5.1 Timely and correctly arrange FG shipping out based on CS planning information
5.2 Contact shipping forwarder to pick up on time Complete related KPI
6 Stock taking and management;
6.1 Regular physical stock take; ensure material safe and accurate; report data variance to Buyer and Finance
6.2 Timely report material quality issue such as damage or expired to Quality, engineer for disposal.
6.3 Scrap material disposal, follow Finance audit requirements Stock result accurate, Complete related KPI,

7 IFS data entry and documentation;
Ensure data enter in IFS accurate and on time. Ensure physical material, document and IFS data match well. Keep documents in good condition Complete related KPI, well documentation
8 Abide by 5S and EHS regulations;
8.1 Keep Warehouse 5S; reasonable layout, clear labeling, Material packing at standard level. Keep Warehouse clean
8.2 Abide by EHS regulations, Warehouse keeper ware PPE, forbid any fire materials inside; make sure people safe HR 5S audit report

9 Comprehensive ability;
9.1 Familiar with material characters, store in good condition
9.2 Be able to revise relative ISO procedures and execute
9.3 Timely send feedback to people related for storing material abnormal status, avoid any Production delay or shut down
