1. Bachelor degree , majoring in IT management, or computer technology application.Minimum of 3 years or more experience in IT or computer management handling and ERP system maintenance in a multinational manufacturing company.
2. Strong background and knowledge of computer technology and managerial technology of software and hardware, internet work, etc. Must proficient skills on Vantage system application and maintenance.
3. Fluent English languages skills essential.
4. Good communication.Must be serious, with integrity & carefulness, honesty plus professional confidentiality all the time.
5. Willing to learn and strong sense of service ( including to the internal customers).
6.Establish and maintain the Company's IT network management structure to ensure the safe,reliable,and effective business communication on Connor network.
7. ERP Epicor Vantage6.01 Administration and Maintenance, Support Users problems, Analysis Problems, Solve the problems. Training Vantage for new users.
8. Be responsible for the administration of all IT hardware equipments, including computers, notebooks, printers, etc.and to ensure ERP system application effectively and timely.
9. Maintenance Anti-virus Server, Maintenance SonicWall200. Maintenance Wireless router and wireless AP, wireless monitor. Maintenance Printers / Printing consumable /Faxing issues and LAN Security.Email system Microsoft Exchange Server Administration and Maintenance.Support telephone technologies.
10. According to the Company management’s requirement, collect and make a report regularly of all the active data and information about the software and hardware maintenance.
11. Involve in the management of the dept cost down target checking.
12. Timely finish other tasks designated by superiors.
