Job Summary
Responsible for overall planning, organizing, leading and controlling of assigned program/project/team ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the planning and implementation of assigned project during NPI stage
2. Develop full scale project plans and timelines
3. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
4. Define project tasks and resource requirements and allocation
5. Assemble and coordinate project staff
6. Track project deliverables by using Project Management Framework tools
7. Calculate, propose, execute and manage project budgeting plan
8. Provide direction and support to project team
9. Ensure production quality yield assurance by working with operation team
10. Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions using PSR format
11. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
12. Work closely with operations to manage CAPEX assessment and purchase
13. Project evaluations, learning and case studies upon project completion.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering & Above
2. PMP Certification preferred (optional)
3. At least 5 years mechanical/ manufacturing experience
4. At least 2 years managerial experience
5. At least 3 successful project management experience
6. Good spoken and written English and Chinese language
