Business Management
?
? Manage retail KPI target achieving and expenses controlling, balancing sales generation and inventory management;
? Implement and maintain of the Operations procedures, reporting on the performance and initiating improvements for stores.
? Analyse sell-through figures and develop action plans at store level to achieve productivity targets.
People Management
? Manages regional operation managers down to stores managers, define their development plan.
? Setting of clear goals and priorities for direct reports, Recognize good performance and dealing with under performance
? Manage labor cost according to sales growth, optimize resources of the retail network
Training and Development
? Recommends to training department training and development needs
? Ensure quality and efficiency of on the job coaching at store level
Experience / Skills Required
Minimum 5-7 years experience in store network (area/region) management.
