职位描述
a fortune 500 industrial group is now searching a HR Manager
Responsibility:
(1)Define and implement HR policies for the Company.
(2)Initiate and lead improvement initiatives in core HR processes, and ensure compliance (Local Law and SOX).
(3) Review and oversee and review of employee compensation & benefits to optimize productivity, service and cost.
(4) Keep updates internal pay grid and review pay structure according to market benchmark.
(5)Employee recruitment and selection, headcount control.
(6)Design and implement retention program.
(7)Work closely with management on coaching on performance, staffing strategy, retention, policy compliance, training, staff ethics issues, talent recruitment, and employee labour relations
(8)Support different line of business on key HR activities, such as employee relations, performance review, and employment compliance program.
(9)Admin MyCMS (global HRIS) and any other corporate HR database.
(10) Conduct related training in local level.
(11)Support corporate on enhancement and implementation of current and new module of global HRIS and / or HR programs
Requirement
(1)Diploma or above in Business / Human Resources Management or other related discipline
(2)Minimum 6-8 years' SOLID experience in handling human resources functions (including C&B, recruitment, staff retention, training, etc) (3)Excellent knowledge on labor ordinance and ethical issues in China.
(4)Self-motivated, fast learner, excellent communication skill, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
(5)Good command of both written English & Chinese is essential.
