职位描述
岗位职责：
1、设备和治具规范审阅和设计
2、改善内部品质控制，封装工艺良率和生产力
3、优化和简化工艺流程，减少封装成本
4、审阅和更新封装相关的规范，例如FMEA, OCAP, CP，WI
5、接受并执行上级领导布置的其他特殊任务、工作或者临时安排的工作要求
岗位要求：
1、专科及以上学历，电气/电子/机械工程学位
2、至少2年半导体行业经验
3、有丰富的封装产线维护和工艺改进工作经验
4、熟悉基本的工程知识，例如SPC, DOE, QC 7 tools, 8D
