Responsibilities:

Responsible for company management reporting based on performance incld. Financial (PL, BS and CF)

Set up managerial reporting analysis system, provide post-tracking analysis among actual, budget and forecast

Communicate with business unit based on variance analysis, identify the risk and opportunities and provide the insights on timely basis

Involve in yearly budget preparation

Support monthly management finance meeting incld. report and analysis

Conduct internal audit according to yearly audit plan, identify school SOP risks & weakness and provide solutions

Perform the follow-up of action plan and evaluate results.

BP support when necessary

Assist with and ensure successful year end group audit

Other ad hoc work assigned by line manager

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification with major in finance and economy

Minimum 3 years experience in financial analysis and 2 years in internal audit

Experience of education and training is preferred.

Good at MS office, master of Excel, familiar with Kingdee finance software

Capability of quick understanding and fast learning.

Work independently and pay attention to details

Strong analytical thinking and problem solving capability

Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
