Responsibilities :

? To drive, develop and implement training programs to strengthen the effectiveness of personal behaviors and employee engagement to cope with the company’s values and enhance the core competencies of the company;

? To responsible for development, implementation and evaluation of assessment centre, talent management process to build talent pipeline;

? To identify psychological, behavior etc tests to assess capabilities of talents and provide coaching to potential talents; assist in managing talents data and procedures;

? To drive for people care and provide employees counseling service.

Requirements ：

? Degree holder in Human Resources, Training & Development or Industrial Psychology disciplines;

? Minimum10 years experience in training & development field gained from multinational companies of which 5 yrs exp in organizational development or talent management;

? Certified trainer from well proven training programs with experience in design e-learning courses is a plus;

? Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);

? Well versed in Training system;

? Strong in computer skills especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
