Responsibilities :

? To responsible for the implementation and ongoing system maintenance and the development of HRIS, including HR Policies, people reporting capabilities, operational processes and procedures within the HR function. In addition, to analyze existing system functionalities and recommend process improvements and feature implementations to improve the HR overall service delivery quality and comply with the labor law and SOX;

? To responsible for providing advisory services, reviewing and developing current C&B programs, carrying out benchmarking exercises, monitoring C&B trends, as well as effectively communicating the various C&B programs within country Acting on a consultative basis, extensive liaison is required internally up to a senior level and strong relationships will also need to be developed with external parties;

? To responsible for project management and implementation of reward activities, such as pay and bonus reviews, retirement schemes, recognition programmers, salary spend monitoring, compensation survey participation and influence the company / line of business agenda by constantly monitoring company salary structure and benefits provision to ensure there is the right balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff;

? Compile statistical reports and analyze statistical data to identify and determine the causes of reward problems and develop recommendations for improvement and implement practical benefits and compensation policies, procedures and programmers that support company reward strategy and business agenda.

Requirements :-

? Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines;

? Minimum of 10 years experience in Human Resources with focus in C&B, preferably from MNC;

? Highly independent with proven experience in C&B project design, management, negotiation and implementation;

? Conversant with legislative and regulatory requirements and best market practices;

? Strong analytical mind, attention to details, proactive and with good commercial acumen;

? A dynamic and mature team leader with strong management skills;

? Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication and presentation skills;

? Ability to work meticulously on multi-tasks, with strong self motivation;

? Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);

? Well versed in HRIS;

? Strong in computer skills especially MS Excel and PowerPoin
