Position Summary:
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for developing aggressive sales strategy and action plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for new business & existing business of CLP team. This individual will be highly result-oriented and with confidence in dealing with various tasks related to business development and managing a successful partnership with targeted clients in China. The person must have outgoing personality with sales and marketing oriented mindset with commercial skills to provide quality support to the potential/existing partners in order to achieve the target goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and accelerate the commerical development of P&C reinsurance business covering auto channels, financial institution/banks, and direct insurance companies in China, to meet the target given by the Company.
Support internal stakeholders in the Company to develop a proper sales strategies and product implementation plan to sustain the growth of the target business line.
Facilitate the cross-selling activities within AXA Partners to maximize the customer experiences that will be translated to target given by the Company.
Work under the governance of Sales Head of CLP, China and perform the ad-hoc projects given by the Company.
