Responsibilities & Qualifications: 

 

Responsibilities:

 

-          Work with project management team to achieve project timing and cost target, support project manager and engineering in new product development.

-          Establish and drive regional sourcing strategy for assigned commodity or product line.

-          Drive low cost localization for key commodities, develop capability of local supplier according to business needs

-          Participate and contribute in the make-or-buy decision

-          Drive TE operation excellence projects to improve operational KPIs.

Qualifications:

 -          Bachelor’s degree. Engineering degree is preferred.

-          Fast learner in new product and new technology

-          Strong negotiation skills

-          Team player, willing to lead and persuade.

-          Computer knowledge: MS-Office, SAP MM module is desirable

-          English language skills in speech and writing

-          Time zone flexibility(1 meeting per week) and ability to travel (e.g. 10-20% domestics)
