岗位职责Job Responsibility

1)      喷漆生产现场日常管理，资源调配，确保产出达成; 主导日常生产效率、质量、成本的持续改善。

Painting shop daily routine management, well organize production resource to ensure customer delivery，drive productivity (Output, Line efficiency), Quality of Product, 5S and Line discipline continuously improvement;

2)      追踪现场不良、报废及客户投诉的改善措施是否有落实;

Monitor corrective actions for Defects on line, Scrap and Customer complaints;

3)      员工招募培训考核等，以确保他们能胜任工作;

Employee hiring, training and performance evaluation to maintain a high performance production staff ;

4)      参与新产品样件试做及问题解决过程;

Participate new product sample building and problem solving;  

5)      推行精益生产，持续改进质量、成本、交付的水平;

Conduct lean production system to continuous improve Q/C/D level;

6)      主导落实现场6S和纪律的管理和改善

Conduct Shop floor 6S and discipline maintain and improvement

7)      强化现场变化点的管理

Reinforce Process Change Manager

8)      保证喷漆开发和生产的精准性，即与公司及客户要求一致；

Ensure the painting development and production accuracy & data consistency between physical requirements from customer and internal company.

9)      拥有良好的喷漆技能，知识和态度去有效地贡献生产和利益的***化；

Have the relevant painting skills, knowledge and attitude to contribute effectively to maximize productivity and profit;

10)    主导过程异常的分析与改善，不断提高喷漆的良率，降低喷漆成本；

Response for process issue root cause identify and improvement, continuously improve painting FTQ and cost;

11)    和客户保持良好的互动，不断提高客户颜色开发和认可的效率，提升客户满意度

Keep a good communication with customer, continuously improve the color development efficiency and customer satisfaction, such as AAR, cubing process improve……  

12)    上级安排的其他工作;

Other work that high lever Manager arranged ;

工作要求Job Requirements   

1.       熟悉MS Office软件； Good knowledge of MS ;

 2.      良好的英语听说读写； Good command Both Oral and written English skill;

 3.      熟悉TS16949及ISO18000体系； Familiar with TS16949 and ISO18000 System;

 4.      良好的解决问题、人际交往及领导能力          Good problem solving, interpersonal skills and leadership qualities. 

5.      5年以上喷漆经验，3年以上汽车行业制造现场管理经验， Move than 5years painting industry and 3 years automotive shopfloor experiences.
