1. Collect, analyse and improve KPIs related with operation quality
2. Implement inspection in production with the requirement of control plan
3. First immediate response of failure happened during production
4. Organize meeting with relevant party to analyse and solve the problem happened during production
5. Initiator and approver of internal claim by working together with OQA engineer, production, process engineer etc.
6. Support CQS engineer on customer claims and 8D
7. Initiator of Quality Wall when it is needed
8. Continuously improve product or process quality by using tools of SPC, MSA,8D,Kaizan etc.
9. Manage, train and assess OQA inspectors 
10. Other tasks assigned by manager

任职要求：

1. 至少5年tiel 1 工作经验，至少有全球9大中2个主机厂的经验，只供新能源的不算
2. 本科毕业，专升本的不要
3. 有管理团队的经验，QC 团队经验也可，2年左右即可
