Key Responsibilities

• Spend time at various factories located around North China to monitor and review supply plans, yield reports and overall performance of the supplier against the demand needs.
• Be responsible for summarizing findings at each supplier location, escalate issues to the appropriate team members and keep communication in English with the US based team.
• Be able to work with a team of quality and process engineers based in Asia as well as the technical team in the US.
• To ensure smooth execution of the manufacturing team to deliver on-time quality products to the US.
• Be able to anticipate risks that would delay supply or miss shipment dates.

• Requirements
• Engineering Major (Mechanical engineering or related field).
• Minimum 3-4 years of working experience.
• Experience launching products in consumer electronics or automotive industry.
• Experience project managing suppliers.
• Able to write long emails in English as well as have English discussions over the phone.
