Job Responsibilities：

1. Following established procedures to deploy/develop solutions per business/IT requirements
2. Following established procedures to support/resolve requests for service or application related issues from internal staff working locally and remotely.
3. Escalate incidents and requests as required to ensure quality service and within established service targets.
4. Ensure that all interactions are documented via the electronic IT Ticketing system with clear technical descriptions of incidents / requests, work done to resolve and indicating all client interactions.
5. Coordinate with various IT groups in resolving incidents and fulfilling requests based on established guidelines.
6. Generate customer facing and engineering/support documents.
7. Provide training and guidance on best practice and system usage to key business users
8. Participate or lead IT projects as required.

Job Requirements：

1. About 1 year of working experience in IT software development, using tools like Java, VB, MS Power Platform etc.
2. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
3. Working experience and/or knowledge on supporting any of the following software/applications will be a very strong advantage:
o Salesforce
o Service Max
o MS Power Platform
4. Knowledge of business processes is preferred
5. Good English skills both in verbal and written
6. Experience working with regional/global counterparts in MNC environment is preferred.
7. Team-oriented Individual that can be assigned to work independently
8. Knowledge and/or experience using an IT Ticketing system is an advantage
9. Able to integrate and apply feedback in a professional manner
10. A dynamic individual with an outgoing personality and always keen to develop own self through learning and coaching
