• Manage the consistency of APAC purchasing methodology for all local markets

• Review and approve Sourcing Recommendation / Purchasing Orders by following the Delegation of Authority

• Develop and execute Sourcing Strategies, SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) to drive financial targets (savings, cost avoidance, value creations) and service level agreement

• Global (NAFTA, EMEA & LATAM) & Regional purchasing process alignment and leverage of Purchasing volume

• Country / Regional level purchasing project support i.e. coordinate services commodity workshop between regional peers and key stakeholders.

• Support APAC Indirect Material Head for APAC business analysis, strategy development for APAC & Global leadership council meetings. 

 

 

Basic Qualifications

• Education: Master or above, MBA is preferred

• Experience: 10+ years in MNC’s services purchasing business category with strong business knowledge of sales marketing, ICT and other services commodities. Or relevant experiences in advertising, corporate marketing functions or industrials.

• Skills & Competence:

1. Communicate fluently in both written and spoken English with key working partners are from APAC markets

2. Cross borders leadership experiences and competence to manage multinational teams and businesses from APAC markets

3. Sales & marketing business volume occupies more than 70% for this role to support.

4. Preferred candidates from MNC Services purchasing / MNC marketing function / Marketing Agency / Auto OEMs with leading / advanced business practices;

5. Strong business analysis and organizational skills, be a self-starter, responsible, team player and an active.
