职位描述

Job summary:
- The Awareness & Learning team is responsible for enabling communities to effectively and efficiently use the knowledge tools and services to support them in winning and delivering work. The Awareness & Learning Supervising Associate teams with the Ernst & Young Knowledge community to promote self-service within the practice, and to develop and deliver programs educating users about these tools and services.
- The Awareness & Learning Supervising Associate reinforces the firm's knowledge-sharing culture and is responsible for raising awareness and usage of our knowledge tools, resources and services. This professional develops, implements and manages communications and training in collaboration with other members of the Ernst & Young Knowledge organization and the business. The role is also responsible for measuring the effectiveness of our strategy and services.

- This role requires an understanding of learning and development principles, change management methodologies, message and channel management, branding guidelines and knowledge policy.

Essential functions of the job:
- Executes the Awareness & Learning global strategy at the Sub-Area level
- Designs and delivers learning and awareness programs to support the deployment of community and enterprise-wide knowledge tools and services
- Channels end user feedback as appropriate to other parts of the Ernst & Young Knowledge organization, e.g., Navigation, Digital Platforms
- Depending on community alignment, co-develops awareness and learning programs by establishing strong relationships with community leaders, e.g., service lines, to ensure that the functional goals of the team are aligned with the strategic priorities at the global, Area and local levels
Assesses impact of activities via measurements and determines future actions as needed
- May be required to perform knowledge navigation

Analytical/Decision-making responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing project teams across the knowledge organization
- Successfully juggles competing priorities and multiple projects
- Takes initiative and is proactive in a fast-paced and highly challenging environment
- Thinks globally, implements regionally (Areas) and acts locally
- Quickly defines problems, collects input, conducts assessments, draws conclusions and problem-solves
- Works to resolve potential conflicts and escalates as appropriate
- Willing to challenge status quo using diplomacy as required
- Interprets policy to manage risk with regard to intellectual capital and knowledge-sharing
- Applies appropriate use of firm branding, positioning and visual identity
- Determines what change management techniques are most appropriate for the customer and outcome desired

Knowledge and skills requirements:
- Understands the Ernst & Young go-to-market strategy
- Language and market knowledge
- Experience in designing, developing and delivering learning and development programs using innovative solutions
- Experience with online research databases and websites, business information tools and corporate intranets
- Able to navigate through a matrix organization
- Experience in digital tool implementations using innovative solutions
- Good interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communications skills
- Able to manage upwards
- Experience in networking and relationship-building
- Able to engage key stakeholders
- Experience in project management
- Proficient in MS Office and internet; Lotus Notes strongly preferred
- Understands change management principles and concepts

- Willingness to travel globally

Job requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience

Experience:
- Three years or more experience in a knowledge, training or communications role with a proven track record
- Insights gained through participating in change management programs
- Experience working in professional services environment preferred
- Experience in developing learning and awareness programs
