Responsibilities:
- Provide administration and process support for assigned systems, adhere to local or Global business rules.
- Manage change request process, including identification of business needs or review processes or policy changes, and possible solutions, determination of impacts and benefits, and completion of associated documentation.
- Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) across appropriate user groups, ensure quality testing, and then collate and deliver results along with any recommendations.
- Work with business owners and users to ensure Area and local system data processing procedures are aligned correctly to local and Global process requirements and technology functionality.
- Perform data integrity processes and action, coordinate/escalate corrections as required (corrections may include data clean up, process review, user training).
- Work with the Reporting and Metric Manager to ensure reports are produced efficiently and meet standards.
- Develop own technical and business knowledge in order to identify opportunities for efficiency, improvement or risk, and take appropriate actions.
- Ensure understanding of business owner's priorities, objectives and business operations in order to proactively ensure system is able to support current and future business needs.
- Ensure a good knowledge of all functions, processes and procedures of the People Team and how these are managed within assigned HR Systems.
- Share knowledge, best practices, experience and materials with counterparts in other countries/Areas performing the same function, in order to achieve alignment and efficiencies, and discover opportunities and solutions.
- Manage the day-to-day relationships between Stakeholders, Process Owners, People Team, IS-t Technology group and other clients across the Area.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels to Stakeholders, Process Owners, relevant Global Teams, IT, People Service Centre Team and other client contacts.
- Keep Stakeholders and users up to date with operational impact and enhancements, project and process updates, and performance issues for assigned systems as appropriate. (e.g. formal and informal updates, meetings, written communications).
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Project management or coordination and administration experience required.
- Collaborative team player, able to work with varying Stakeholders across Area/Sub Area perspective, global and the wider organization.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, ability to analyse reports, test results, requirements etc.
- Knowledge, understanding and experience in system administration and management required.
Good organizational and management skills and strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in verbal and written English skills, with sound grammatical skills.
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Microsoft software applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint - email, Lotus Notes.
