职位描述
Reporting to the People Infrastructure Manager, the System Administrator is responsible for system administration tasks for assigned technology across the Asia Pacific. The candidate also has to effectively perform system administration activities to ensure full optimization of the allocated systems. These activities cover defined system admin tasks, issue management, reporting and training.
Responsibilities:
- Action configuration and set up task in systems, such as key word lists, templates etc.
- Ensure changes are approved as per the agreed process.
- Understand new business processes and investigate implications to system, propose solution and options.
- Investigate user issues and provide resolution or escalate as per defined process.
- Provide end user training to People Team and others.
- Ensure training materials and knowledge sources content is maintained and up-to-date.
- Ensure own knowledge of technology and process is up-to-date.
- Work with Asia Pacific Stakeholders, Clients, Asia Pacific Reporting Manager and others to define reporting requirements.
- Create and run reports which provide operational and key metrics data.
- Monitor and work to resolve data quality issues with users and key Stakeholders.
- Participate in projects relating to defining new functionality and processes and subsequent deployments to the Asia Pacific.
- When assigned, represent the Asia Pacific as required on Global or local projects relating to assigned technology or functional process.
- Coordinate system activities across the sub areas and countries.
- Other system support activities within the People Infrastructure Team as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in system administration of HR systems or comparable system.
- Good investigative and problem solving skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong Excel skills.
