Responsibilities
· Implement various people initiatives in North China Region;
· Take a HR consultant role to provide quality HR solutions & services to internal clients;
· Drive annual performance management and development program for North China Region such as annual plan setting, mid-year review and year-end review processes;
· Lead a variety of HR projects, i.e., Town Hall Meetings, Best Employer Survey, Flexible Working Arrangement Program etc.;
· Supervise employment management activities to ensure legal compliance;
· Support campus recruitment activities in North China Region;
Requirements
· Bachelor degree in recognized universities;
· Minimum 3 years of HR management experience in MNC in China;
· Well organized, be able to look into both details and whole picture;
· Performance management & HR project management experiences are a plus;
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluency in verbal and written English;
· Be able to manage multiple complex issues and good at handling work pressure;
· Thorough understanding of PRC labor law.
