Key Responsibilities

Responsible for all-rounded HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, HR operations, rewards & benefits and performance management
To lead the design, development and implementation of operational staffing initiatives.
Provide HR Partnering management coaching and counseling
Provide advice and guidance to more junior members of the HR team as appropriate
To acquire progressive recruiting experience for new hires up to managerial level.
Handle ad-hoc HR projects to provide high standard of HR services
Design and deliver the management training program
To assist in other HR projects as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

Degree qualified and minimum 5 years related experience
Experience in formulation and execution of HR and T&D strategy that support the achievement of business objectives
Solid understanding of recruiting and excellent problem-solving with sound judgment and decision-making skills
Organization and project management skills in leading a project
Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team, Good teamwork player and can get high working pressure
Excellent listening and communication capability
Fluent in English
