Job Responsibilities:

1.      Plan and manage projects to meet customer expectations, manage budget and meet revenue goals, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction;

  

2.      Align material requirements with the purchasing department;

  

3.      Control the progress and quality of the project, organize regular project meetings and give feedback with periodic project reports;

  

4.      Coordinates with related department and public authorities to solve the project issues;

  

5.      Manage priority settings, risk and conflict handling within the project. Initiate actions to keep the project on track or to avoid any deviation from the project plan and/or specification. Inform customer, resources owners and management about the consequences;

  

6.      Initiate, control and realize improvement actions regarding project procedures, work method, interdepartmental efficiency, customer satisfaction.

  

  

Job Requirements:

  

1.      Bachelor Degree or above, major in Industrial Automation, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is preferred;

  

2.      At least 5 years project management in automation/test system related areas;

  

3.      Good knowledge of factory automation products, system and application, especially in electronics industrial fields;

  

4.      Ability to make independent decisions, able to recognize and solve problems with little or no supervision;

  

5.      Strong communication skills and negotiation skills with internal team members and outsourcing customers;

  

6.      Fluent in English in written and oral communication;

  

7.      Project Management Certificate is an advantage.
